18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

Adult Lab Hub does not produce, film, photograph, or otherwise create any of the visual content displayed on this site. All video is embedded directly from third-party providers (Eporner) via their own public API and player, and continues to be hosted exclusively on their servers.

Accordingly, Adult Lab Hub is not a "primary producer" or "secondary producer" as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and is exempt from the record-keeping and labeling requirements that section imposes on producers of sexually explicit content. Records required under §2257, including proof that every performer depicted was at least 18 years of age at the time of production, are created and maintained by the originating provider.

Where records are kept

Worth stating plainly: Eporner's own catalog is itself aggregated from many separate studios and platforms rather than produced by Eporner directly (see the about page for what we've observed in their catalog). That doesn't change our own position: Adult Lab Hub is exempt regardless of how many parties sit upstream of us, since we don't produce, film, or host anything at any point in that chain. It does mean, though, that the actual §2257 custodian for any specific video may be the original studio rather than Eporner itself. We don't have visibility into that distinction from our side; Eporner would be the correct first point of contact for a records request tied to a specific video.
